Le métal progressif proposé par Facto Alfa évoque pas mal de groupes, car dans ce genre musical, cela a déjà été dit, on tourne un peu en rond depuis un bon bout de temps. Soit, c'est surtout à Treshold et évidemment à Dream Theater que je pense en écoutant ce " Siete Pensamientos ". Assez lourd (pas au sens péjoratif du terme) , pas trop speed, très symphonique, techniquement fiable, le métal de nos Boliviens est très accessible et très bien joué. La guitare prédomine évidemment, et les claviers très présents aussi apportent une chaleur aux compositions. La batteur assure correctement le tempo, et forme avec le bassiste un couple très complice et efficace.

Trois plages sont à écouter absolument car ce sont dans celles-ci que Facto Alfa donne la pleine mesure de son efficacité : " Estados de odio " et ses riffs ravageurs, " Siete pensamientos ", techniquement très réussi et enfin l'instrumental " En Alfa ", probablement la meilleure composition du disque, la plus mélodique aussi et qui cartonne grâce à son excellent solo de guitare

Sachez encore que le band est très réputé dans son pays, qu'il a participé à plusieurs festivals en Amérique du sud et que leurs meilleurs potes ne sont autres que les membres du très célèbre Baron Rojo. A découvrir !

Well, if I expected this: a Bolivian metal band... And why not? We know that South America, is friendly to progressive and metal sounds and have its share of groups that we don't need to prove their reputation. But a group original from Bolivia, that is quite rare... It doesn't matter, let's discover!

The progressive metal proposed by Facto Alfa evokes quite a lot of groups, but in this musical kind, as we have already said, we go around over the same basic idea. It is especially in Treshold and evidently in Dream Theater that I think while listening to the song " Siete Pensamientos ". Heavy enough (not in the pejorative sense of the term), not too speed, very symphonic, technically reliable, the metal of our Bolivians is very accessible and also played very well. The guitar evidently predominates, and the very present keyboards also bring a warm sense to the compositions. The drummer assures the tempo correctly, and shape with the bassist an accomplished and efficient couple.

Three songs are the definite ones to listen because Facto Alfa gives in these songs the full measure of its efficiency: "Estados of odio" with their devastating riffs", Siete Pensamientos ", which is technically very successful and finally the instrumental "En Alfa", probably the best composition of the album, the most melodic as and that binds thanks to its excellent guitar solo.

Also know that the band is reputed in their country, that it participated in several festivals in South America with mates that are no other than the members of the very famous Baron Rojo. To be discovered !
